We don’t because we offer a free 15-Day Trial so you can give UnPromptu the full run through with full functionality. During this time you can see which plan works for you before you buy.

Each time you open the UnPromptu trial you’ll have the opportunity to try Studio or Pro. If you have any questions we are always happy to help.

Editing Orders

For software, only uninstalled programs can be edited.

For mailed software, hardware and accessories, please reach out as soon as possible. Orders are handled through credit processing, which we can not alter. This helps protect you. If we have not prepared this for shipment yet we can help.

Please submit a request in the form below. We are a small software company, open Monday–Friday 9:00AM–4:30PM on non-U.S. Holidays.

Refund, Returns and Damage Help

For lost packages, please fill out the form below and we’ll get in touch follow your order and reach out to the carrier. Generally, it’s recommended to wait a few days in case it wasn’t scanned properly. We understand how frustrating it is to wait. We’re here to help you and in most cases it delivers late.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once your return is received.

Returns that are shipped back without authorization may not be accepted.

Hardware and Accessories Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Before filling out the return form, please review our Returns Policy.

Our craftsman are local and we work with them closely. If there’s ever a problem within or outside the warranty period, we will do everything to get you back to doing what you do.

Monitor Floor Stand

Warranty Limitations Subject To Consumer Law:

To the extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral, written, statutory, express or implied. Lee Softworks, Inc. disclaims all statutory and implied warranties, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects, to the extent permitted by law. In so far as such warranties cannot be disclaimed, Lee Softworks limits the duration and remedies of such warranties and offers options for repair or replacement services described below.

Limited 2-Year Warranty

Lee Softworks, Inc. warrants that the workmanship of the UnPromptu Monitor Floor Stand shall be free from defects for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in assembly and construction that affect the proper function or performance of the UnPromptu Monitor
Floor Stand under normal use.

What Is Covered:

If a defect covered by this warranty is found within the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion:

• Repair the defective part(s), or

• Replace the unit with a new or refurbished unit, or

• Provide a refund equal to the original purchase price

What Is Not Covered:

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, cosmetic damage)

• Malfunctions resulting from improper installation or use outside of manufacturer recommendations

• Damage from exposure to moisture, heat, or corrosive environments

How to Make a Claim:

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and a description of the defect.

The product may need to be returned for inspection.

Limitations:

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

Slant Screen

In so far as such warranties cannot be disclaimed, Lee Softworks limits the duration and remedies of such warranties and offers options for repair or replacement services described below.

Limited 2-Year Warranty

Lee Softworks, Inc., warrants the UnPromptu Slant Screen monitor display and accessories contained in the original packaging against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from original date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in assembly and construction that affect the proper function or performance of the UnPromptu Slant Screen under normal use.

What Is Covered:

If a defect covered by this warranty is found within the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion:

• Repair the defective part(s), or

• Replace the unit with a new or refurbished unit, or

• Provide a refund equal to the original purchase price

What Is Not Covered:

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, cosmetic damage)

• Malfunctions resulting from improper installation or use outside of manufacturer recommendations

• Damage from exposure to moisture, heat, or corrosive environments

• Product malfunction as a result of failure to follow product instructions which may result in damage or injury.

• Consumable parts, personally supplied parts or third-party accessories that diminish over time.

• Non-branded hardware or accessories even if packaged and sold with Slant Screen hardware. ViewSonic monitors and products contained in groupie packages such as AirTurn products provide their own warranties to you – contact them for further information.

How to Make a Claim:

Notice:

This is a custom-built product. Display screen sizes and specifications vary between brands and subsequent variations and may not fit as designed. Forcing a screen into casing may result in damage to the Slant Screen casing or monitor display and will void any such guarantee under materials and workmanship coverage.
